Hi! I'm Nicole McGee, a wife, mom, registered nurse, and certified personal trainer & nutrition coach. I began my fitness journey in college when I taught myself how to lift, build my own workouts, and create a healthier lifestyle. Since then, I’ve navigated two postpartum journeys, each time emerging stronger, more balanced, and happier than ever.

My passion is helping other busy women embrace a realistic, flexible approach to fitness and nutrition. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to squeeze self-care into a packed schedule, but I also know it’s possible—and worth it.

Now, as a Women’s Strength & Nutrition Coach, I use my expertise, education, and personal experience to design programs that fit into your life, not the other way around.
